It's been too long!

Everyone annyeong~

Can't believe my last post was March 2014, I'm a real slacker I know but this time round I'm dedicated to continue this blog, bring in more new products to show you all, and any other tips and tricks that I have. So to catch up with life, happened in 2014 up until now. When I said I'll be started sixth form soon, well I've finished that and I've finally made it to University. I now study English and Drama at Birmingham City University. A lot of change has happened and I've had to readapt to my surroundings, I don't live in accommodations for uni instead I've chosen to stay home which isn't too bad since I live only half an hour away. 

To be honest, sixth form was probably the worst two years of my eighteen years of living. It's hard, stressful and just incredibly time consuming. For drama I would have to stay behind a lot for rehearsals during my first year and I was terrible at business. I failed music technology which honestly was intended, they didn't allow me to drop the subject when I wanted to and I just didn't have the motivation for it. Drama was the best subject despite a few little things, English was good however the teachers were inconsistent and just well, not the best. 

Despite that I was able to experience a lot of new things especially in 2015, but now even that has ended. It's almost the end of January 2016 and I can't wait for so many things this year, I get to finally visit SOUTH KOREA!! Alongside of that exciting trip I get to go and see my family in Hong Kong. Another exciting thing to kind of 'end' the year would be seeing Justin Bieber in October, my second time seeing him and I can't wait, I remember his My World Tour as if it were yesterday. B.A.P are also having a world tour and they're coming to the UK which I'm hella stoked about, when they say 'World Tour' they actually mean world tour, unlike some other groups who I have been dying to see but never come here :( I know 2016 will be incredible and I can't wait for all those things to take place. 

Starting uni I've learnt quite a bit, it's so different and so independent it's nothing like school or sixth form but I've met some good people so far and they make my time there worth while so I couldn't thank them enough for it all. It's safe to say that I don't miss sixth form or high school, no matter how many times people tell me that I will do eventually I really don't think I will. Even so, without those two I wouldn't be where I am now. 

With more freedom nowadays, I think I can finally focus on this blog or maybe even make a new one elsewhere, I'm not sure yet. But I'll be sure to make some fun things happen for you to read, I've recently ordered some more cosmetic products that I can kind of 'haul' and write about for you guys, which will be fun for me too.

March 2014 Favourites~

Whats up beautiful humans, so March 2014 is a couple of hours away from being over. Time is flying, it seems like it was only yesterday that we entered into 2014 itself but I guess that's far from being true. Its april fools tomorrow so watch your backs everyone! So since March is over I've decided to do a favourites post that I have wanted to do for a long time now but couldn't since sixth form has been taking up my life. Exams are coming along so quickly too, I don't think I'm ready but I don't exactly have a choice…education is education. 
Here is the first item that has creeped into my favourites for March.

1. This is the Nature Republic Soothing & Moisture Aloe Vera 92% Soothing Gel.

This Aloe Vera Gel has become a favourite of mine when I purchased it a while back, the container includes 300ml of goodness and is just overall the perfect item to have. It is great on sensitive skin and there are many ways of using this. This is great for dry skin which I tend to have especially when it was winter, this product really helped a lot. I would usually put a layer of this on my face after I have toned and moisturised and I sleep with it on and the next morning my skin feels so much softer and more hydrated. You can use this on your body, face and even your hair and no it doesn't leave your hair greasy since it is 92% of organic aloe vera.

I highly recommend this product since its affordable and you get so much out of it ^^ 


2. The second product that has made its way through to my March favourites is the Etude House Precious Mineral Any Cushion.

I've used this product so much that it is nearly finished, this is the first cushioned foundation that I have used and I have to say it is pretty amazing. I am usually more of a BB cream user but this foundation is so light on the skin, it doesn't feel cakey and it has medium to high coverage. What I love about this is that it has SPF50+/PA+++ which is pretty darn good, its great when I'm feeling particularly lazy and can't be bothered to but on sunscreen, just wearing this would be fine. Using this is great if you want that dewy look too which is usually what I go for but if not its okay you can just dust your face with a little powder and you're good to go! I do recommend this if you're looking into some Cushioned BB Creams or Foundations ^_~

3. This is another Etude House product, which is the Correct & Care 8 in 1 Multi Function CC Cream.

This CC Cream is the first CC Cream I have tried and I have been loving it. You can wear this on its own but the coverage isn't that amazing so if you feel the need then you can apply your favourite BB Cream or Foundation over it. Wearing it under a foundation will still give you that glowing look, this product has SPF30/PA++ which is good for wearing as a sunscreen. You can look good whilst be protected from the harsh sun rays ^^ But if you're looking for a high coverage CC Cream then I don't recommend this for you.

4. This is yet another Etude House product, this is the Sweet Recipe Baby Choux Base.

I'm going to be honest here, I've had a good and bad experience with this product but I can finally say that I am adoring this product. This particular base in shade peach is for people with a dark and yellow skin tone. This product is extremely pale once put on which is nice for those who are aiming for a lighter look. There is a little bit of coverage in this which is nice to be put under your BB cream etc so it just gives you that little extra. The texture is slightly strange to me since it has little grains in it, which isn't a problem but its not as smooth as I thought it would be when I saw it advertised. There was time when my skin was really dry and it just didn't work with this product it made my dry patches more obvious and flaky so I had stopped using it but I thought i'd give it another go and its now one of my favourite base makeup. The smell of this product is extremely pleasant kind of like peaches and cream…hah and the packaging is so freaking cute and princessy. 

That's pretty all my favourites for this month and these are products I use a lot, I of course will recommend these for you but it really depends on your skin type, have fun discovering and investing in new products…good luck ^^ Saranghaeyo <3

Anyway 2013 is finally coming close to an end which is sad because I feel as though I haven't done a whole lot this year...2013 has honestly flew by so quickly, it's coming to an end and heading for 2014 but I still feel as though we're in 2012.

Lets be honest here, I've been slacking so much on this blog since the summer and I haven't done any justice to it. Sorry! You see I've just started sixth from after summer and A Levels are taking its toll on me, it gets a bit too much of a handful for me to manage my college life which takes up most of my time from 8:30am-4:00pm and then I have to take the bus which takes it up to 4:45pm, I have to continue my school life outside of school catching up on unfinished work or just work in general. I then have to somehow fit a 'social' life which to be honest I don't really have one to begin with keke but I still like to talk to my friends of go to the movies. The weekends I like to just do nothing because of how tiring the weekdays have already been, I sincerely want to continue with doing this blog hopefully making it successful, or honestly successful or not I just want to share some news or other things once in a while you know?


I've been thinking of properly doing regular updates etc either during the Christmas holidays which isn't  that far away anymore yay!! Or after my mock exams which will be the 3rd week of January… Thinking, mock exams first week back after new year and Christmas means I'll have to study during Christmas vacation but anyway I'll try my best to sort something out and make my blogposts much more frequent.

Annyeong! Mianhaeyo I haven't been posting at all for last few months ㅠ_ㅠ 

So an update will be that I've started sixth form in September and I've just been so busy with all the work I've got and during the summer holidays I've been to Hong Kong which I had an amazing time there visiting my family and of course shopping, how could we forget shopping? I also visited the Etude Houses there in Mong Kok and the building is actually beautiful ^^ it is the cutest and it stands out from all the shops surrounding because of how bold and pink it was. I of course did some purchases from there and I couldn't resist all the things on the shelves, if I could I would've bought the whole entire shop! ~ So really that's all I've been up to, I'm going to get back on track and start blogging more, doing reviews on some products that I've purchased in the past and just recently && I need to catch up on my Korean, got to find some spare time somewhere to fit learning some more Korean in ㅋㅋㅋ
